At foodora, our rider fleet is the heartbeat of our business. As our Logistics & Compliance Administrator, you will be the crucial link between our physical fleet operations and local regulatory compliance.
This is a high-stakes, multi-faceted role where precision is non-negotiable. You will safeguard our business against legal and financial risks, ensure smooth day-to-day equipment operations, and support our Fleet Health team by managing complex compliance pipelines. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a hands-on operational mindset, and the ability to navigate local regulatory landscapes, we want you on our team.
Regulatory Management: Act as the primary point of contact for weekly mandatory inquiries and legal correspondence from Norwegian authorities, including NAV and Arbeidstilsynet. You will manage these country-specific workflows with flawless execution to prevent fines and mitigate rider reclassification risks.
Compliance & API Operations: As compliance requirements for our courier fleet tighten, we are automating pipelines via new API integrations. You will be responsible for absorbing the secondary workload of verifying this API data, ensuring accuracy and preventing our Fleet Health team from becoming overwhelmed.
Public Relations Support: Collaborate with the PR team by gathering key metrics, prepping data, and drafting operational answers for incoming media requests.
Audit Preparation: Compile, organize, and prepare comprehensive materials for both vendor and public audits.
Rider Equipment (EQ) Operations: Take direct ownership of the physical Rider EQ Hub. You will conduct regular, on-site follow-ups to ensure that equipment distribution and local logistics run seamlessly for our riders.
Procurement: Own and execute local procurement processes, ensuring seamless workflow management and business continuity within SAP Ariba.
Insurance & Recourse (Regress) Claims: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for handling rider insurance incidents. You will manage recourse claims meticulously to prevent financial leakage and ensure no liabilities go unaddressed.
Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian, with excellent professional English. (Communicating precisely with NAV and Arbeidstilsynet is a core part of this role).
proven background in operational administration, compliance, logistics, legal assistance, or a similarly detail-oriented field.
Experience with procurement software (SAP Ariba is highly preferred) and a strong comfort level working with data, API verifications, and digital compliance pipelines.
