Job summary

foodora, part of Delivery Hero, is looking for a Rider Recruitment Associate to join our Oslo team. You will drive rider onboarding end-to-end, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants and guiding them through onboarding to activation.

You will report to the Hiring Team Lead in Logistics, with a focus on achieving Riders Hired and Riders Activated KPIs. The role offers a central Oslo office, and benefits like gym membership, transport subsidies, LinkedIn Learning, and health/travel

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, document verification, or onboarding.
Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
Proficient with Google Suite and able to learn logistics systems.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the rider onboarding process from A to Z.
Ensure a high number of applicants for Rider positions by actively processing leads in recruitment funnel.
Call, message, and answer supply-related questions to assist candidates through the recruitment funnel and ensure high activation rates.
Use recruitment and candidate management systems to onboard and activate riders.
Work towards core KPIs: Riders Hired and Riders Activated.
Assist with ad-hoc or relevant operational tasks as needed.
