Job summary

Statkraft AS in Trondheim is seeking a Technical Specialist for Local Technical Support to sustain IT services for 500+ users. You will join Infrastructure Operations and deliver Level 2 support, incident handling, and hardware/software troubleshooting in a modern IT environment.

The role requires strong communication in Norwegian and English, ITIL familiarity, and willingness to travel to Statkraft locations. Flexible working solutions and unlimited learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows clients/servers and network components.
ItIL knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication in Norwegian and English.
Driver's license required.
Eligible for Norwegian security clearance.

Responsibilities

Handle issues requiring local physical presence and be available for IT support.
Coordinate incidents, service requests and changes related to the local IT environment.
Provide desktop swap-out, hardware and system software support.
Support events such as annual meetings and trainings.
Collaborate with remote L2/L3 teams and external providers.
