We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer, Applications & Infrastructure Operations to join our 24/7 Operation Center within Global Infrastructure Operations in Oslo, Norway.
The IT Infrastructure Operations (TCIOS) department is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of Statkraft's global IT services around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our responsibilities span daily operations, service reliability, continuous improvement initiatives, and lifecycle management of critical infrastructure and applications.
As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are expanding our 24/7 Operation Center team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the availability and performance of Statkraft’s global IT environment. Working in a rotating shift schedule, you will proactively monitor infrastructure and business-critical applications, respond to operational alerts, perform initial troubleshooting and service recovery actions, manage incident escalations, and coordinate with on‑call specialists when required.

Each shift is staffed by one dedicated Engineer who is actively monitoring and supporting Statkraft’s global IT services throughout the duration of the shift.
