Job summary

TechnipFMC in Kongsberg, Norway is seeking a Lead Engineer in Controls & Automation to lead sub-system design and manage interfaces between Product Project Manager and engineers. You will own the Scope of Supply, build the BOM, and coordinate with the client's Lead Engineer on operational needs and solutions.

You will oversee Project Engineers, drive EFAT testing, and lead interdisciplinary reviews and workshops, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust integration of IWOCS, SACU, and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline.
• Long experience in the hydraulic and electric engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of subsea engineering principles, production and workover products and systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholder.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering work in projects and manage sub-system design and technical scope.
• Build and maintain the Bill of Material for the project and own the Scope of Supply.
• Coordinate with the customer's Lead Engineer on operational needs and solutions.
• Oversee the Project Engineer's work and reuse of existing equipment.
• Write EFAT procedures and lead the EFAT with Project Engineers, Service Personnel and Test Manager.
