The Ministry’s Digitalization Organization seeks a service designer to help establish HR shared services within the ministry community. The consultant will map current service flows, develop blueprints, and create user stories to describe user needs, while coordinating with DSS, the project manager, and the internal UX team.

Deliverables must be prepared in Norwegian, structured for easy transfer to internal resources, and include clear recommendations with traceability for decision making.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a designer.
• Experience with service design or HR-related services is preferred.
• Public sector or regulated environments are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate mapping of current service flows and interfaces.
• Prepare a comprehensive service blueprint with frontstage and backstage views.
• Develop user stories describing user needs.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and clarify roles, authorities and approvals.
• Facilitate interviews and co-creation sessions with DSS, ministries, and resources.
• Document insights and recommendations with traceability.

Conocimientos

8+ years designer experience

Educación

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or related field
