Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway seeks an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to own the mechanical package from installation through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality on a major data centre project.

You will coordinate subcontractors, lead cross-functional teams, review designs, support commissioning, and drive safety and quality across the package, with emphasis on collaboration and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical management on large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering complex mechanical packages in data centre or mission-critical environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all mechanical systems on the project from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams for mechanical works.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality to meet programme milestones.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, plans, and modifications; provide technical support.
