Sisk is seeking a Mechanical Lead to join our Data Centre Team in Norway. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of mechanical systems, providing technical and managerial leadership to ensure design, installation, testing and commissioning meet project specs, schedule, budget and regulatory requirements.

The role requires coordinating with multiple disciplines, driving safety and quality, and delivering robust mechanical solutions for data centre projects.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading mechanical delivery on Tier 1 or equivalent projects.
• Valid Safe Pass and health and safety training (CSCS or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated sectors (GMP, cleanroom) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the mechanical function and oversee delivery of HVAC, utilities, process piping and specialist systems.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, cost, safety and quality requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Develop execution strategies, resource planning and performance management.
• Review design documents, submittals and material selections for compliance.
• Oversee commissioning, FATs/SATs and system turnover for the mechanical scope.
• Drive health, safety and QA across all mechanical activities.
• Coordinate with electrical, process, civil and architectural teams for project integration.
