Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway seeks an experienced CSA Lead / Package Manager to drive Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on large data centre and industrial projects.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will own planning, progress control, subcontractor coordination, quality and compliance, and handover, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with MEP, commissioning and logistics to ensure safety, cost and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction project delivery.
• 3+ years in package management, discipline lead, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing underground services and/or fit-out packages on major projects.
• Data centre, mission-critical, or industrial project experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of CSA packages from planning through completion.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme requirements, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead coordination of subcontractors and site activities.
• Manage progress, milestones, and room readiness targets.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, construction challenges, and scope changes.
• Lead inspections, punch list close-out activities, and handover processes.
• Collaborate with MEP, commissioning, logistics, and quality teams to manage interfaces effectively.
