Job summary

CTS Group seeks an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the delivery of all electrical scope on data center and industrial projects. You will manage design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high quality.

You will oversee subcontractors, resolve technical challenges, and support a smooth handover of systems, with strong leadership and English proficiency guiding project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in electrical project or package management.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Experience with project management, design, and electrical modeling tools.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full electrical scope from design through installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Support handover of electrical systems.
• Review and approve designs and changes.
• Stop work if safety violations occur and implement improvements.
