Job summary

Atop Law Firm in London is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to join its HR Operation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting the development of the firm’s HR systems and data reporting capabilities, including Cascade.

Working within a 43-person HR department, you will produce reports, develop end-to-end workflows, manage HR data, and liaise with the HRIS vendor to resolve issues. The position offers full-time hours and a salary of £35,000–£37,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s systems knowledge within an HR department.
• Experience with HR information systems is desirable.
• Proficient with Excel and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR data management and firm reporting needs.
• Assist with the design and build of end-to-end workflows in Cascade.
• Create complex Excel reports and present data to HR stakeholders.
• Liaise with the HRIS vendor to resolve issues and support pay gap reporting.
