London law firm is seeking an HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience to support managers and drive fair outcomes across disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management. The role also covers driving HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions and salary reviews to develop talent within a friendly HR team.

You will need experience in a law firm or professional services setting, excellent communication, and a proactive, commercially aware approach.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor experience with a strong Employee Relations focus.
• Law firm or other professional services/partnership environment
• Confidence managing a range of employee cases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
