ReWind is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to optimize how we identify and engage target accounts. You will build the engine that ranks accounts, runs demand signals analysis, and exports weekly, justified target lists into HubSpot. You’ll also keep the CRM clean and generate forecasts for leadership.
Based in Oslo or Dublin with initial on-site work in Oslo, you’ll join a fast-growing B2B software startup focused on circularity in wind energy.
By 2050, half of Europe’s energy is expected to come from wind to meet climate goals, and many of today’s wind farms are already reaching the end of their 20-30 year lifespan.
At ReWind, we are on a mission to build a fully circular future for Renewable Energy and are building the software that energy companies need to enable this reality. We empower the developers and owners of renewable projects to optimise their aging assets and manage decommissioning, repowering, and the obligations and costs around both.
Our mission is to accelerate wind energy renewal and ensure no components end up in landfill. ReWind began as an internal project in DNV (Det Norske Veritas) and has spun out into an independent, fast-growing start-up, launching our first product in 2023; our clients include leading asset owners and utilities around the world. Our market is a defined universe of named companies, and winning comes down to knowing exactly which of them to talk to this week and why. You will build and run the engine that answers that question: tier the account list, run the data analysis on public signals of demand, automate that analysis, and put ranked target lists with reasons into HubSpot every week.
You also keep the CRM clean and produce forecasts management can put in front of a board. The strategy exists and is owned by the Head of Commercial, you will make it run, and you will help to shape it.
Based in Torggata, central Oslo, Norway or in Dublin, Ireland with the first 2-3 months on site in Oslo. Travel to clients and conferences 1-5 times a year, 1-2 days at a time.
Fluent English required; CV in English, please. Probation period will apply, expectations are written into the contract. This process is GDPR compliant and personal data is deleted once it completes. We look forward to your application.
