Job description

About Us

At No Isolation, we’re a profitable, 65-person Norwegian EdTech scale-up operating across Europe. We help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.

Our AV1 robot is deployed in 19 countries, with 5,000+ units supporting schools to improve attendance, belonging, and continuity of learning for children who cannot be physically present. Consistently described as life-changing, it bridges the gap between the student and their peers, restoring both educational continuity and the essential sense of social belonging.

We’re established enough to have a proven solution and strong financial foundations, yet still small enough for every new colleague to have a visible impact on our next stage of growth.

The Opportunity - Head of Sales, Nordics

You’ve led sales teams selling to kommuner and other public sector clients. You know how to multi-thread across multiple stakeholders, navigate decision and budget processes, and like being hands‑on the most important of deals. Now you want a new challenge with a strong team to develop, and a solution customers actually need and want.

The Nordics are our home market - with some of our best market penetration, where customers rarely churn, yet with lots of market opportunity still to capture. We’re looking for someone who will lead from the front and help a small team across Norway, Sweden and Denmark drive our growth.

What your week looks like
  • Joining your Account Managers in their customer meetings and helping them close.
  • Deal reviews and pipeline check‑ins with the team.
  • Working with Marketing, Product and Customer Success on what’s coming next.
  • Attending and speaking at industry events where our customers are.
What you’ll own
  • Your own portfolio of key municipal and education accounts, from first meeting to signed agreement.
  • The move from single‑school sales to framework agreements with kommuner and education authorities.
  • The team’s results across three markets that each need their own plan.
  • Where we focus: which segments, territories and accounts are worth the push.
  • A pipeline and forecast in HubSpot that you’re happy to stand behind.
You are probably someone who
  • Has a track record leading B2B/B2G sales teams - ideally has sold to Norwegian kommuner or other public sector clients, and knows how budgets, politics and procurement work. Experience from other Nordic countries or the Baltics is a plus.
  • Until recently carried a quota, and/or has remained heavily involved in shaping and closing deals yourself.
  • Has led and coached account managers, and knows that different people need different support to improve and perform their best.
  • Understands the importance of sales methodologies, whether that’s MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger or similar.
  • Is data driven and uses CRM (HubSPot a plus) to understand trends and drive performance.
  • Speaks fluent Norwegian and English. Swedish or Danish is a bonus.
  • Is based in Oslo and happy with a hybrid setup.
Who you’ll work with

You’ll report to our CCO, Sanjeev, who is based in London and previously led Vodafone business units across Africa and Europe. From our Oslo HQ you’ll work closely with our CEO, Morten, a former McKinsey Partner, and an experienced Leadership Team.

What’s in it for you
  • Real earning potential. We offer uncapped commission beyond OTE. The need is high and the solution proven - it now requires someone to drive systematic execution.
  • A solution that sells. It’s unique, backed by evidence of impact and significantly more cost-effective compared to alternatives. Our churn is very low - the solution works and customers love it.
  • Something to build on. You’re taking over a successful team that now needs taking up to the next level.
  • A place people like working. Our engagement scores are above benchmark, and we have structured onboarding with a buddy, an annual company trip and great collaboration across teams.
  • Enhanced parental and sick leave.
  • Flexible hours around a 10:00–15:00 core, with the option to work remotely.
  • Central office in Oslo.
  • 27 vacation days.
  • Travel insurance for you and your immediate family.
  • Mobile phone and internet subscription.
Location

This role is based in our Oslo HQ office, with regular travel across Norway, Sweden and Denmark to support your team in the field.

We believe in‑person leadership matters, so we work a flexible hybrid model built around real collaboration.
