Job summary

foodora Norway is seeking a Senior Performance & Strategy Specialist to join our growth engine. You will translate strategic vision into action, connecting data, people and decision-making to deliver measurable impact.

You will own end-to-end workstreams, convert operational data into executive recommendations, and partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Delivery Hero/Pandora to align priorities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, bizops, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
• Proven end-to-end project management and execution capabilities.
• Strong English communication skills for senior stakeholders; concise and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute key initiatives that boost top-line growth, cost efficiency, and long-term goals.
• Own workstreams from framing and deep-dive analysis through to execution, converting data into executive recommendations.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Delivery Hero/Pandora teams to align priorities.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights to unblock bottlenecks and move high-priority projects forward.
• Own recurring and ad-hoc strategic reporting to align leadership on performance.
