Job summary

Dimensions Agri Technologies seeks a Head of Finance & Operations to lead finance, legal, governance and reporting, in Oslo or Ski. You will partner with the CEO to scale the company, ensure investor- and audit-ready processes, and build a high-performance internal engine with autonomy.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, board communications, and contracts, while shaping systems and structures for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business consulting or a technology startup/scale-up environment.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Experience preparing board materials and reporting to boards, shareholders, or investors.
• Good commercial and legal understanding, including working with contracts.
• Hands-on, structured, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
• Opportunity to shape and scale a technology company with patented AI and machine vision technology.
• Central role with broad exposure and direct involvement with the CEO, board, and investors.
• Significant autonomy to establish structures and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Define our company structure and roles, and resource needs with the CEO.
• Run business processes and cross-team coordination; shape culture and norms.
• Turn strategic decisions into working structures: roles and organization.
• Own financial management: budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, external accountants/auditors.
• Manage board and shareholder processes and communications; prepare materials.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance matters are handled correctly.
• Manage legal and contract processes; draft, review, and support negotiations.
• Support fundraising: data room, due diligence, cap table, investor reporting.
• Build and maintain internal reporting systems (KPIs, dashboards).
