Job summary

Crunched in Oslo is hiring a Growth Manager to lead our most strategic enterprise accounts from day one. You will be embedded with our biggest customers across Europe, driving adoption, ROI, and expansion while shaping bespoke workflows with our product and engineering teams.

You will build credibility with senior stakeholders at the world’s largest advisory firms and help scale the customer success function as Crunched grows.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a track record of driving outcomes independently.
• Strong interest in AI and its impact on knowledge work.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders at large advisory firms.
• Comfort with forward deployment and cross-border travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Crunched's strategic enterprise accounts from day one.
• Onboard customers and drive adoption, ROI, and expansion.
• Expand usage across large advisory firms and new offices.
• Collaborate with the tech team to translate field learnings into product improvements.
• Build workflows with analysts and consultants using Crunched daily.
• Assist in opening new markets across Europe with a focus on Germany, etc.
• Help define and scale the customer success/growth function as we grow.
