Job summary

Scorpio Group in London, UK, seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide high-level IT support to top management and VIP users, manage end-user devices, and handle inventory. You will administer Active Directory, deploy Windows 11, manage iPhone/iPad MDM, and support both local and remote offices including Houston.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience and adherence to SOX security standards within a global IT delivery team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Active Directory including user, object and OU management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, antivirus solutions, and Intune.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITAM tools such as ServiceNow.
• General troubleshooting for printers, desktops, laptops (Dell) and conferencing systems.
• Basic networking understanding.

Responsibilities

• IT support to top management / VIP users.
• End-user and office IT equipment support.
• Hardware troubleshooting and inventory management.
• User account management in Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Windows 11 deployment and standard applications support.
• Mobile device management for iPhone & iPad.
• Local IT vendor management.
• Documentation of IT procedures & knowledge base.
• Adherence to SOX IT security and compliance standards.
• Remote support to the Houston office.
• Quarterly onsite visits to the Houston office.
• Provide IT support to other global offices during overlapping business hours.
