Portfolio HR & Reward is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration, analysis and execution of employee benefits across the UK and Europe. You will partner with local HR teams, payroll, finance, and brokers to ensure accurate data and compliant programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, large datasets, and cross-border vendor management in a fast-paced environment. A 2+ year background in benefits is preferred, with strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in benefits, HR operations, or corporate rewards.
• Strong knowledge of UK benefits frameworks with exposure to European markets.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support regional health, retirement, pension, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy of eligibility records and enrolment data across HRIS.
• Assist with cross-country enrolment logistics and system tests.
• Produce ad hoc analytics on benefit trends and benchmark against Europe.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support Total Rewards projects.
• Prepare clear presentations and communications for program updates.
