Job summary

Urbanlogic Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst in Bergen, Norway to collect and analyze large datasets, identify patterns and present insights to stakeholders. You will work with multiple departments to gather data and build reports and visualizations.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Bergen Norway As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends You will work closely with various departments to gather and organize data for reporting and decision-making purposes The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis strong analytical skills and attention to detail This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role If you are passionate about turning raw data into valuable insights we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and organizing large datasets from various sources
• Analyzing data using statistical methods and tools
• Interpreting data and identifying patterns and trends
• Collaborating with different departments to understand their data needs
• Creating reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
• Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data sets
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL Excel and other data analysis tools such as R or Python
• Experience with database management systems MySQL Oracle
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information
• Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing regression analysis etc
• Experience with business intelligence tools Tableau Power BI is a plus
• Fluency in English is required knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
