Job summary

Kody is seeking a HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team as we expand across the UK and EU. You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding and offboarding.

You’ll handle TA and People Operations, interview coordination, onboarding, daily HR administration, and policy guidance, while ensuring UK compliance and effective employee support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations roles (preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment).
• Hands-on experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
• Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work (RTW) processes (knowledge of EU labor standards is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Role Overview

This role is a dynamic blend of Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations.
