Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a leader to head the Enterprise Implementation team for TransSmart, TMS and Ship, ensuring consistent delivery across enterprise deployments in multi-market contexts. You will own delivery quality, governance and commercial performance of the Enterprise Implementations service line, while managing concurrent projects and stakeholder communications.

We value a strong track record in SaaS services, revenue growth and margin protection, plus hands-on governance.

Qualifications

Extensive leadership of SaaS professional services teams.
Proven track record in revenue, utilization and margin management.
Experience leading complex customer implementations across markets.
Strong governance capabilities: stage-gates, risk management & escalations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and change leadership.
English CV required.

Responsibilities

Lead the Enterprise Implementations team for TransSmart, TMS and Ship.
Drive a consistent delivery methodology across enterprise deployments.
Own services revenue performance, forecast accuracy and backlog burn.
Oversee complex projects with stage-gates, risk management and client communication.
Design scalable delivery practices for multi-market rollouts and integrations.
