Job summary

Stott and May is hiring a Deployment Strategist for Enterprise AI Delivery in a customer-facing, delivery-focused role. You will lead AI implementations from discovery to production, aligning stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to deliver on time within enterprise environments.

A hands-on, proactive approach and strong communication are essential. The role focuses on defining requirements, success metrics, deployment plans, and driving adoption and continuous improvement of AI solutions

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in consulting, programme delivery, project management or high-growth startups.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI implementations from discovery to production.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate customers, product teams, and engineers to deliver on time.
