Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to ensure AI deployments land in enterprise environments. You will embed with customers, define scopes and success metrics, and translate needs into actionable plans for engineering teams.

This role requires ownership, clarity, and close collaboration with product and operations to deliver measurable outcomes. You will spend time onsite with customers, navigate ambiguities, and drive deployments from discovery through production rollout, ensuring

Qualifications

Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Embed with customers to understand processes and solve critical deployment problems.
Lead discovery with enterprise customers to map workflows and success criteria.
Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
Translate customer needs into deployment plans for engineering teams.
Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
Support production launches and ensure value delivery.
Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements based on usage.
Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
