Job summary

Enode, a Europe-wide climate-tech startup, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the software layer that connects EVs, chargers, solar, and batteries, enabling optimized energy use across homes and fleets. The role focuses on speed, reliability, and broader coverage, moving from device-by-device control to holistic home-level optimization.

You will shape the technical vision, work with the CTO on strategy, hire and coach engineers, and drive AI adoption across teams in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineers.
• Proven leadership in AI projects.
• Experience with remote/distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication.
• Bias toward action and ownership.
• Energy tech interest.

• Own the team's technical vision end to end.
