Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Stavanger is seeking a Document Controller/DCC for a fixed-term assignment from September 2026 to December 2027. You will manage project documentation, establish electronic archiving, and ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements include 5 years of offshore/onshore project experience, strong English, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team within a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in offshore or onshore projects.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant standards, procedures, and requirements.
• Experience with modifications on offshore/onshore installations during operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that work carried out fulfills established plans and procedures.
• Manage all project or contract-related documentation.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries through document control.
• Establish and maintain the electronic archive using internal document control tools.
• Manage all engineering and supplier documentation.
• Oversee internal and external reporting of technical documentation.
