Our Talent Optimization and Skills Product Management team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Product leader to guide global teams of passionate PMs across our portfolio of Talent products. We are crafting the next generation of performance and growth tools for global Talent teams enabling them to understand and improve their workforce. We build our Talent solutions using modern technologies providing an unparalleled level of agility ease-of-use and delivery of insights. We are passionate about innovation and not only demonstrate this in our technology and tools but also in how we work.
This role has Product leadership responsibility for the Talent Optimization and Skills products which includes influencing the strategy defining the roadmap and planning and driving its execution. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building Talent Optimization experiences that help businesses fully leverage their talent while empowering workers to drive their own career paths.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
