Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Site Security Manager to oversee daily physical security operations at the Glomfjord Data Centre. You will manage reception, visitor management, access control, patrols and incident responses, ensuring compliance with contractual service levels and company standards.

You will lead security teams, coordinate with facilities and compliance, and support audits while maintaining a secure environment for staff, contractors, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contract security teams.
• Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of physical security systems.
• Experience managing visitors and customer security requirements.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all physical security operations at Glomfjord.
• Ensure security standards are consistently maintained.
• Conduct routine inspections of security controls.
• Ensure contractual service levels are achieved.
• Oversee reception security and visitor management.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents and liaise with emergency services.
• Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits.
