Job summary

Nscale in Stavanger, Norway, seeks a Datacenter Security Manager to oversee daily physical security operations at the data centre. You’ll manage the Securitas contract, supervise security staff, and ensure visitor management, access control, and CCTV systems meet high standards.

Lead security governance, coordinate audits (ISO 27001 / SOC 2), liaise with emergency services, and maintain compliance for a fast-moving AI cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contract security teams within data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and visitor management.
• Experience supervising reception operations and security contract performance.
• ISO 27001 or SOC 2 knowledge and experience with audits.
