Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Site Security Manager for the Glomfjord Data Centre in Norway. You will oversee daily physical security operations, reception security, access control, visitor management, and incident response to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers.

As the primary contact for on-site security matters, you will manage the Securitas contract, conduct inspections, coordinate with emergency services, and drive compliance with ISO27001 and SOC 2 standards in a fast-growing AI

Qualifications

• Experience leading contract security teams.
• Knowledge of physical security systems and controls.
• Experience with visitor management and customer security requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical security operations at Glomfjord Data Centre.
• Manage the Securitas contract and supervise security officers.
• Coordinate visitor registration, access control, and escorts as needed.
• Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection, and security alarms; report issues.
• Coordinate security incident responses with emergency services and stakeholders.
