Formación

• Educational background in Civil Engineering (BSc/MSc preferred) or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Trimble software solutions, specifically Novapoint and Quadri.
• Experience with Road, Rail, or Water & Wastewater infrastructure design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and helping others succeed.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert support to civil engineering customers via phone, email, and remote access.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate software challenges with customers.
• Create online resources, including FAQs, best-practice videos, and step-by-step guides.
• Conduct online and classroom training sessions to educate and upskill customers.
• Perform software testing to ensure high quality and seamless functionality for end users.
