Qualifications

• Educational background in Civil Engineering (BSc or MSc preferred) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Trimble civil software Novapoint and/or Quadri.
• Experience with Road, Rail, or Water/Wastewater infrastructure design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English.
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert support to civil engineering customers via phone, email, and remote access.
• Partner directly with customers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical software challenges.
• Create engaging online resources, including FAQs, best-practice videos, and step-by-step technical guides.
• Conduct online and classroom training sessions to educate and upskill customers.
• Perform software testing to ensure high quality and seamless functionality for end users.
