The group’s headquarters are located in Flåm, with offices in Myrkdalen, Voss, Bergen, and Narvik. We have a national ambition and act as a consolidator within the Norwegian tourism industry. NBG is at the forefront of integrated destination development, with operations built around our year-round destinations in Flåm, Myrkdalen, and Narvik. In the powder paradise of Myrkdalen, home to Myrkdalen Mountain Village, we operate the largest ski destination in Western Norway. In Northern Norway, we own Narvikfjellet in Narvik and the world’s northernmost wildlife park, Polar Park in Bardu. In addition, the company has activities in Aurland, Lærdal, Geiranger, and Oslo. The company has a strong commercial division that markets and sells both our own products and those of other operators to guests from all over the world. NBG generates annual revenues of more than NOK 850 million, employs over 500 full-time and part-time staff, and welcomes approximately 2 million guests each year. Beyond our destination operations, the NBG Group also owns the innovative company The Fjords, which offers unique zero-emission travel experiences on Norwegian fjords, as well as a 50% ownership stake in the iconic Flåm Railway. NBG is not only a tourism group — we are also a community builder, committed to creating positive ripple effects and attractive local communities wherever we operate. We aim to be at the forefront of sustainable tourism development and to contribute to a responsible and future-oriented tourism industry. We continuously work to reduce our environmental footprint and support local value creation. Our employees are the core of our business, and we strive to create an inclusive, diverse, and equal workplace with attractive career opportunities.
