We are developing the dining experiences at Basecamp and Fjellheisrestauranten, and a new restaurant at Basecamp is on the way.
Across our concepts, we want to showcase locally sourced ingredients, reflect our surroundings and give guests a reason to return.
About the role
We are building a new kitchen team, and as Head Chef, you will play a key role in bringing people together, developing their skills and shaping how the team works.
Together, you will develop menus and food concepts across our restaurants, creating an environment where both experienced chefs and those earlier in their careers can contribute and grow.
You will lead kitchen operations and develop the menues and food concepts across Basecamp and Fjellheisrestauranten, with future collaboration extending to Polar Park.
You will help shape new dining experiences while ensuring quality and smooth daily operations.
You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and report to the Head of Accommodation and Food & Beverage.
