Job summary

Soulcake AS is a busy, high-energy bakery in Oslo seeking a production teammate to bake to Soulcake standards, prep and finish across shifts. You’ll read recipes, hit daily targets, rotate stock, and keep your area clean, while cooperating with other bakers and reporting to the Production Manager.

We value reliable, hygiene-conscious team members who communicate clearly and take pride in the product. Shifts start as early as 04:30 and include both full-time and part-time roles with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking or high-volume food production.
• Ability to read and follow recipes precisely.
• Reliable and consistent with strong attendance.
• Hygienic work habits and food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Bake to Soulcake standard and adjust bake variables as needed.
• Prepare mise-en-place – doughs, fillings, caramel and recipes.
• Fill, pipe and decorate according to specifications.
• Work to daily production targets at a steady pace.
• Rotate stock and organise deliveries (FIFO) and keep area clean.
• Follow HACCP and cleaning routines via Runwell.
• Support other teams when busy or your area is clear.
