• Culinary school degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must have biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in creating and updating menu offerings.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency.
• Train and manage kitchen staff including scheduling shifts and providing guidance.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
