Job summary

Enode is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to help customers maximise value from our API and contribute to shaping Enode's Customer Engineering function. You will interface directly with engineers, product managers, and leadership to integrate Enode's APIs and help customers realise value quickly, across pre- and post-sales.

You will be a core part of Enode's Customer Success team, owning technical relationships, debugging issues, and contributing to internal projects like developer guides

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience relevant to customer engineering.
• Technical aptitude with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Able to manage technical client relationships and also dive into the codebase for fixes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with engineers, product managers and leadership to integrate Enode's API and realise value.
• Provide ongoing technical support including troubleshooting and debugging customer implementations.
• Proactively fix and improve codebase based on customer feedback.
• Use AI to accelerate root-cause analysis and develop reusable tooling.
• Act as champion for new products and initiatives based on customer discussions.
• Drive internal projects such as developer portal experiences and integration guides.
