Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks an experienced Project Manager to bridge sales commitments and delivered solutions. You will orchestrate end-to-end deployments on-site in customer data centers, ensuring projects land on time, on budget, and aligned to contracted outcomes.

You will frequently travel to customer sites across EMEA (Nordics/Iceland focus) and lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi‑workstream deployments.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of project or program management within technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to customer data center sites to lead deployment activities including GPU, network, and large-scale compute rack installations at customer sites.
• Serve as the onsite lead and advisor translating contracted scope into realized outcomes and acting as the primary contact for deployment status, risk escalation, and issue resolution.
• Drive scope management by identifying out-of-scope requests and coordinating formal change requests with customer approvals and cross-team accountability.
• Deploy predictive risk insights to identify early warning signals and intervene to protect delivery timelines.
• Maintain a consultative lens to surface lifecycle value and opportunities for expansion with Dell Technologies solutions.
• Embrace AI-forward tooling to improve delivery methodologies and stakeholder coordination across multi-workstream deployments.
• Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
