Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Norway to lead the delivery of complex IT services programs. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team across regions, ensuring alignment with charter, roadmap, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

Mastery of program and project delivery methods.
Experience in complex IT services delivery programs (multi-customer, multi-site).
Data Center Infrastructure experience: Storage, Server, Networking.
Experience operating in a global, matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
15+ years of leadership in projects, programs, consulting.
Willingness to travel during delivery ramps.

Responsibilities

Lead the establishment of program governance and delivery QA.
Oversee portfolio projects and lead project managers to deliver on time and within budget.
Establish and manage RAID, change control, and status communications to stakeholders.
Serve as single point of contact for executive/management communications for projects and programs.
Act as role model, coach team members, and earn trusted advisor status with customers.
