Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the critical bridge between what is sold and what is realized for our customers. You will orchestrate end‑to‑end deployment projects on-site within customer data center environments, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment to contracted outcomes with a mix of hands-on delivery and advisory support.

In this role you will travel to data center sites, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive disciplined scope management

Qualifications

10–12 years of project or program management experience in technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations.
Exceptional communication and coordination to lead onsite and vendor teams.
Ability to manage multiple deployment workstreams with clear reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

Travel regularly to customer data center sites to lead deployment activities (GPU, network, compute racks).
Serve as onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation, and issue resolution across logistics, installation, and construction readiness.
Drive scope management and formal change requests, ensuring approvals and alignment across teams.
Identify early risk signals and intervene to protect delivery timelines and customer confidence.
Maintain daily/shift-level reporting to program leadership and surface opportunities for additional Dell solutions.
