Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled AI Network Service Delivery Engineer (SDE) to lead the delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of networking services for next-generation AI infrastructure.

Based in Oslo, you will ensure high availability of GPU-cluster networking, drive incident resolution, and partner with engineering teams to transition solutions into production. Fluent English and the local language are preferred to support global customers.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in network operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management.
Deep understanding of AI networking architectures and distributed computing environments.
Strong expertise in Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, and RoCE technologies.
Experience managing high-performance networking environments in production.
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and local language preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment, operational management, and continuous improvement of AI networking services.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of AI network fabrics supporting GPU clusters.
Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
Develop operational standards, runbooks, and service delivery processes.
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to transition solutions into production.
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
