Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (On-Site) to lead complex customer architecture engagements and guide next-gen infrastructure initiatives across AI, cloud, and HPC. You will translate business goals into scalable architectures and work with executives, engineers, and sales teams to ensure successful delivery.

Expect regular collaboration with Customer Executives and program leaders, with extensive travel across EMEA to data centers and customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, infrastructure consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Deep expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, HPC environments, and data center architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, storage, and workload optimization.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical strategies.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer architecture engagements from strategy through design and implementation guidance.
• Design end-to-end AI, cloud, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for customer executives, architects, and program leaders.
• Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive architectural reviews, tech assessments, and design workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on scalability, performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, services, and sales teams to ensure delivery feasibility.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for value creation.
• Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies for large transformations.
• Mentor architects and teams while promoting governance and best practices.
