We invite an experienced Account Executive to collaborate with Sales and Marketing to accelerate our growth and brand. This role focuses on the entire customer cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing relationships to ensure local customers become ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads from business developers and external partners (e.g. financial consultancies, banks).
- Conduct virtual meetings to introduce prospects to our software.
- Guide potential customers through the customer cycle and close deals.
- Generate leads via joint business‑marketing development actions.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects.
- Achieve and surpass personal sales budget.
- Ensure each local customer becomes an ambassador.
- Track and report on predefined business KPIs.
- Generate revenue through deal closures.
- Perform continuous market analysis through field experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with C‑level contacts.
- Work closely with the team to deliver market insights, identify business priorities, and help BrightAnalytics stay ahead of the market.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree and at least two years of relevant finance experience.
- Fluency in Norwegian (essential) and English (required).
- Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills for C‑level engagement.
- Ability to convince stakeholders with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Interest in finance, entrepreneurship and the functioning of companies.
- Self‑motivation, learning agility, perseverance and adaptability.
- Independent work style with the ability to set own agenda and priorities.
