Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad is seeking a Workforce Administrator to support the Workforce Planning team with essential administrative processes. You ensure data accuracy, timely changes, and provide clear, up-to-date information for multiple departments to rely on for smooth planning.

Your role involves handling personnel data, availability, contracts, and reporting, with collaboration across Operations, HR, and staffing partners. A proactive, organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Previous experience in administration, planning, workforce management, HR, or logistics is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• A structured and analytical approach to your work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with workforce management systems, planning software, or HR systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Processing personnel and planning data — checking, registering, and keeping it up to date.
• Registering availability and contract information.
• Maintaining contact with Operations, HR, and staffing partners.
• Preparing and maintaining reports and overviews.
