You'll join an international, data-driven logistics environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. Working with advanced planning tools, reporting dashboards, and workforce management systems, you'll partner closely with Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Supervisors to optimize workforce performance.
As a Workforce Capacity Specialist, you'll analyze workforce capacity, forecast staffing needs, and translate business demand into effective workforce plans. By monitoring operational performance and identifying trends, you'll help ensure our operations remain efficient, flexible, and prepared for future growth.
Your responsibilities include:
You'll primarily work day shifts during standard office hours. Hybrid working is possible, combining office days with working from home where business allows.
