Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands is seeking a Workforce Capacity Specialist to balance staffing with demand across our warehouses and translate data into actionable workforce plans.

You will analyze capacity, forecast needs, and partner with Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers and Supervisors to optimize performance. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with workforce management systems, plus a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Workforce Planning, or Resource Planning.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Experience with workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and resource planning.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Workforce Management systems is a strong plus.
• Available full-time (40 hours per week).
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing workforce capacity, staffing levels, and operational performance.
• Developing short-, medium-, and long-term workforce forecasts and capacity plans.
• Preparing reports and dashboards while identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting workforce scheduling and resource planning activities.
• Maintaining and improving planning models, forecasting methodologies, and reporting tools.
