Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Workforce Capacity Specialist to ensure the right people are available to meet demand in our logistics operations. You will analyze capacity, forecast staffing needs, and translate data into actionable workforce plans, collaborating with Operations and Warehouse Managers.

You will work with forecasting tools, dashboards, and planning models in a hybrid Netherlands-based role. A Bachelor's in a relevant field and strong Excel skills are expected, with English required and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, or Resource Planning.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Experience with workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and resource planning.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workforce Management systems is a strong plus.
• Available full-time (40 hours per week).
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Nice to have: Experience within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing workforce capacity, staffing levels, and operational performance.
• Developing short-, medium-, and long-term workforce forecasts and capacity plans.
• Preparing reports and dashboards while identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting workforce scheduling and resource planning activities; Maintaining and improving planning models, forecasting methodologies, and reporting tools.
