Job summary

CEVA Logistics Tilburg is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate a team of 20–25 Operators and Flex workers on site in Tilburg. You will lead on the floor with a hands-on approach, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and applying LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding.
• Solid level of English (spoken and written).
• Own transportation mandatory due to limited public transport to the warehouse.
• Full-time availability and ability to work day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of ~20-25 Operators and Flex workers.
• Identify and solve problems in the workplace.
• Prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process.
• Inform and, in consultation with your supervisor, pick up process improvements.
• Report the progress of the work to your supervisor.
