Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk seeks a Team Lead Control Room to guide a multi-disciplinary team of specialists and oversee automated logistics processes. Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• ≥5 years in logistics or automated/technical operations.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; full‑time availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Equipment Control Room Specialists, Operational Control Room Specialists, and Process Control Room Specialists.
• Monitor and manage automated logistics processes to ensure optimal operational flow and system performance.
• Advise Operations on the deployment of people, equipment, and resources.
• Act as the key communication link between Operations, technical partners, and the Control Room.
• Ensure safe and controlled operation of the Warehouse Control System (WCS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and automated material handling equipment.
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and machine efficiency.
