CEVA Logistics in Venray is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a department, coach the team and drive improvements in a fast-paced logistics operation.

You will monitor KPIs, ensure safety and quality, and partner with Engineering, HR and Operations Management to keep the line moving and meet targets.

This role offers a one-year contract with potential for permanent employment and a comprehensive benefits package including holiday pay and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Has at least 3 years of experience managing a logistics or warehouse department.
• Enjoys coaching people and working together with other departments.
• Takes health and safety seriously and leads by example.
• Communicates well in English, both spoken and written.
• Recognizes improvement opportunities and takes initiative.
• Is familiar with LEAN tools such as 5S and Kaizen.

• Leading and coordinating your warehouse department.
